Andy, Did you take it out of personal interest to grow or was it occupational prompting? It sounds like a very interesting training.

I took the TCCC as part of another course I took out in California.

I was *fortunate* enough to get to practice on newly dead pigs.

My instructors did not worry about where the intestines, bladder and colon were in the pig when they decided to slash/stab it in the gut!

What a mess, I wish fake blood was all I had to deal with lol. It's also quite awkward to put a tourniquet on a pig.

Thanks for posting. Realistic, professional, scenario based training is invaluable to getting skills burnished into memory. Looks like it was an awesome event.
