"The police officer said he warned the drunk woman to stop eating his fries or she'd be arrested for stealing. After she took fries from him a third time, she found out he wasn't kidding."

She must have wanted to be thrown in the slammer by the sound of it.

She could have been flirting.

At least she wasn't stealing bacon. That would result in an arrest without a warning.

And rightly so.

French fries are sort of meant to be shared. But if she had stolen his donut, that's a different story.

......unless the prosecutor or judge is either an observant Muslim or observant Jew, in which case, you might be able to obtain a recusal or successful appeal on 1st Amendment grounds.

(And I apologize if I offended. I meant no offense to either Muslims or Jews, but c'mon! The bacon joke was too good to pass up!!! )

It's also possible the judge could be a pig... er... uh... Hillary supporter!
