No, It's perfectly safe there, they have disarmed everyone, so there can't be any gun crimes there... can there? Maybe the criminals didn't turn their guns in, or they are finding a way around the laws, but if you pass a law doesn't that prevent this type of thing?

Where is the admonishment that it was negligence and not accidental? Or was it negligence that led to the accidental partial neutering?
