Trigger Span on Round-Butt K-Frames vs Square Butt

Is the trigger span, i.e., the distance from the back of the grip to the front of the trigger greater on a S&W square-butt K-frame than on a round-butt? I have small hands and short fingers and I need a short trigger span on any handgun I shoot.
