So who's going to big town gun show in Mesquite this weekend?

I'm planning on going on Sunday since a friend of mine has to work on Saturday. Just curious who else was going.

I am planning to go Sunday . I believe High Velocity is sharing a table w/ a friend.. See you there!

but we won't spend a dime. No sir, not one penny. Well maybe... if there's a good deal to be had. That's the problem with gun shows: temptation at every table.

OFF TOPIC.

You should try out blue crab fishing down there. I had about 6 friends that went last week on a Wednesday and they came home with 2 coolers full of them. Took us about 2 days to eat em all before they turn bad.

Good thing Friday is payday! Seriously, though --have we told you how many animals live IN or AROUND our house? We're the poster family for strays and abandoned animals.

I can see the poster now... all of us lined up, me with the shotgun, MrsFosforos with one of her handguns, and each of the cats and dogs wearing a Smart Carry with a pistol or revolver in it.

I like the big town gun show. I might go out there on sunday.

I wish I were there to go to it. I'm sitting here in Galveston Island State Park and my camping site is under water. It has rained and rained and rained. It finally stopped this afternoon, but they are predicting more for tomorrow.
