I did a search and didn't see this, hopefully it's not a repost. Massad Ayoob wrote an column on the Texas Bar Association CLE conference on Texas Firearm Law and had a quote from Charles about drinking while carrying concealed. It's on page 34 for those that have the mag.

Well, I don't get that magazine, so I won't be able to see the quote. Do you mind posting here?
(I hope his quote wasn't along the lines of, "Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms...sounds like a great party!!")
