Remove SBR and Noise suppressors fro NFA both at the same time.
What is dangerous about 10" barrel instead of 16" barrel?

If short barrel is more dangerous so are the pistols....

I was actually going to post the same thing. I guess my snub nose J frame should be classified as an assault weapon by this logic. There is nothing inherently dangerous about a long gun with a short barrel.

Note the date of the paper? January 20, 2017, inauguration day for President Trump.
Does anyone think that paper would have been written and released had Hillary Clinton won the election?

Sure, but what if it was SO SHORT that it could be
concealed, wouldn't that make it secret super duper double dangerous?
(Laughing because friend going to Arizona soon can open carry without license & heard reciprocity and now says he can open carry unlicensed, but can only carry
concealed BECAUSE HE'S LICENSED so concealed must be more dangerous .... or something

I really hope SBRs get removed - I would likely build 2 immediately.

Folks, we currently have three different Topics discussing an identical subject: The recent ATF white paper and possible changes to certain NFA regulations. Unfortunately, the moderators didn't catch this duplication due largely to the fact that the Topics were started in different areas of the Forum.
We're going against typical practice here and not keeping the earliest Topic (although there is only one day separating the Topic start times), but rather the one that is in the most appropriate Forum area and that has the most replies.
Please visit this Topic to continue the discussion: "ATF White Paper discusses deregulating suppressors and arm braces"
