Looks like a URL in the bottom right of sign and there is a webpage. I gave the page a quick look and didn't see any signage. Good chance I missed it as I don't spend much time looking.

It wouldn't hurt my feelings for Gov. Abbott to put a little pressure on the current AG to take some real action in a timely manner around "fines for signs."
My one regret in electing Gov. Abbott is that I had to give him up as my Attorney General...for several reasons.
