Please give me your experiences (positive or negative) with a Lone Wolf barrel .... particularly in a G17. Thanks.

I would like some input on a Lone Wolf barrel...is it worth it to replace the Glock stock barrel?
Also looking for input on Storm Lake barrels...
this would be for my G19

I had a LWD barrel in a Glock 27 a long time ago and it worked fine. The only advantage a "low cost" aftermarket barrel has over the factory Glock barrel is that you can safely shoot a lot of cast lead bullets.
If you're looking for an improvement in accuracy then you're going to have to spend more money and get a KKM or a Bar-sto.
If accuracy is the ONLY reason you want to change barrels, you have other options.
1) TR Graham tool steel slide lock. Every Glock I own has this part and any future Glocks will also get this upgrade. It tightens up the barrel to slide fit and makes a big improvement in accuracy.
1) Trigger work. A better trigger will help you shoot better.
Low cost aftermarket conversion barrels are an easy way to change calibers in a Glock too if that's what your goal is.
YMMV
