I have been wanting a bersa but I didn't know if I should get the bersa .380 or the bersa 9mm. BTW, the 9mm is difficult to find.
The Pasadena gun show had just a few and I feel like I got a good deal on it.
It is small. I am a good sized fella, 6'0", 220lbs. But I feel like it suits me well and it small enough to conceal with a smartcarry.
Anyways, here it is, unveiled here first!

Bersas are great little guns. You purchased wisely.
Everytime I bring a new shooter to the range, they always comment on how easy the Bersa is to shoot.

The Bersa 380 is a nice gun.

That's a nice looking pistol. Bersa/Firestorm guns seem to be some of the best values to be had. I like the grips on FireStorm better than Bersa. Yes, some of them are hard to find, and accessories (like mags) can be very hard to find. I'm seeing more mags available for the Bersa Thunder 380 lately, but they are still very expensive.
Congratulations on your new gun!

Make sure you put approx 200-500 rounds thru it BEFORE you use it in carry
Today on our firing qual a fella had a HELL of a time with a brand new Bersa .380, on every one of his strings he had problems, could have been the mag..or it could have been that it was brand spankin new!
They are gorgeous little pistols! Just make 100% sure it goes bang every time you pull the trigger

I had a Firestorm .380 and the wife commandeered it after the first trip to the range. It now resides in her control. I really miss that little gun.

Mojo got to that one quick...
I kinda liked the Bersa .380 I got for my wife this last Christmas...Its a neat shooting little gun...As usual, I don't get much of a chance to play with her stuff as I'd like to, but some already know that story...
I agree, it needs a good work out to break it in and get settled in for what it need to do...The magazines tend to give some folks fits (including us)...
But if you stick with it, find a set of mags that work, it will become a very good self defense firearm...
It would actually be number one on my list if I carried a BUG...

+1
We had a T380 that had some feed failures during the first two boxes. After that, it was 100% for me until we sold it. My wife did continue to have FTF's, but I really do think it was her limp-wristing. It was her first centerfire pistol, purchased to train for her CCL. However, she advanced so quickly that she moved to my Glock and then made the Glock more or less hers (she compensated by buying me an HK P7

). We ended up selling the Bersa, but I am still glad to have used it.

It looks like the compact 9mm. The 380's have the takedown lever on the right side of the frame, and do not come with a skeletonized hammer.
