Wow don't know if I have ever been to something mentioned in the Drudge Report. So I would say this is a bucket list item.

LOL, "some armed" Yankee reporters, everyone was armed, they just didn't realize it.

Some Confederate flags mentioned even though none were outside those two special small groups and were out numbered by Texas flags 100 to 1.

Despite what history revisionists want to portray, Texas was part of the Confederacy, so Confederate flags, are not anything new. Just because certain white supremacists groups, chose it as one of their symbols, does not give it credence, as a symbol, of anything more that an era, of civil war, and the States, which seceded. The debate, on the reasons, politics, or even the righteousness, of that decision, will be debated, for a long time.
What no one seems to remember, is that the Texas flag was a symbol, of a time when Texas was an independent nation. Sam Houston, was instrumental, in getting Texas annexed to the US, and was very outspoken, against Texas seceding.
