TX: 4 Houston teens shot in dispute over a girl

Not a horrific murder or robbery so it had to have its own thread.
Schools out. Two groups of young teens faced off at an apartment complex, apparently in a dispute over a girl, when one teen pulled a gun and started shooting.
Oldest victim 16 years old.
10:30 at night.
When I moved to Houston in 1974, I lived in a two story apartment complex. Probably not today. The fences they added in the '80's have not made them safer.
