I am starting to purchase ammo online i have found some sites listing 11.99$ a box brass cased which isn't bad at all for 45 but does anyone know anywhere better?

I don't own a .45 yet, but I'd have no hesistation ordering from them.

I haven't checked their prices lately, but I've had good results from SG Ammo in OK.

I buy everything from Freedom Munitions. I have done side-by-side comparisons between theirs and Sellier & Bellot, and Freedom almost always wins those tests. It seems to be consistently accurate and reliable. Also very good pricing. About once a month they offer free shipping for orders over $99.

I just picked up 3 boxes of .45 reman from freedom mutions. Picking up my new shield 45 from ffl Wednesday. I might take it out that day! Ill let you know!

Those are some great deals... I haven't seen $12/.45acp since GW Bush was President.

I reload for $7-$8 a box depending on the projectile, but at $12 for brass cased ammo I might actually buy some for the extra brass if it were a good headstamp.

I just ordered 500 rounds of 45acp 230 Gr RN Reman from Freedom, will let you know how it shoots.
Hopefully I can remember to look up this post and advise results, may be a month from now.
