Carrying on COE bridge

Question-
I know carrying while on a COE lake is a problem, but how about on a dam owned by the COE?
Specifically, if I'm open carrying on my motorcycle while traveling on FM 455 over the Lake Ray Roberts dam, do I have a potential problem?
Thoughts?
