One needs to be very careful, when attempting to assist officers or assisting the public, to not be mistaken for a threat.
Concealed means concealed. Or I guess now, open means holstered.

What a bogus headline... totally not relevant. I haven't EVER seen a headline stating "White cop shot"
Black off-duty cop shot...
