Are stainless steel (or tungsten) guide rod assemblies for Glock 43s really any better than the stock plastic parts, i.e., are they worth the money? The tungsten assemblies are pretty expensive and I wonder if they, or the stainless steel ones, are really worth it. If the stock assembly will last me a couple of years (I shoot about 1200 rounds a year), why bother?

My Glock 43 is stock and has newer failed to go bang. Therefore I don't spend money to fix a non-problem.

If your G43 does not have night sights, that is where your money would be best spent, IMHO.

All a Glock needs is a good pair of night sights and you are ready to go.
