Should be a same day process, when captured the following morning they should wake up in Mexico!
If they have committed a crime they should wake up with a "1" tattooed on their forehead, tell them we don't give 2s, if caught in the U.S. a second time law enforcement is authorized to shoot them on sight!

Oh, we had a woman arrested the other day who had been convicted of four felonies, one misteminor and had been deported seven times. She is being held now for over 100 counts of theft.
You should have heard the out cry from county leaders when she was arrested at the court house ( should be a safe place) while she was picking up a protective order against her boyfriend. She is transgender and has had the same type protective order filed against her in the past ( for domestic violence),

I saw the thread title, and thought we were playing the oxymoron game. You know, Jumbo Shrimp, Civil War, Military Intelligence, etc. :biggrinjester:

While I think this he/she/it should be able to be arrested anywhere ( be it a courthouse or a church ) I think the ice agents who preformed the arrest for two reasons. 1. They lied about where they made the arrest ( I have no tolerance for a LEO lying. 2. They were too stupid to realize a court would have security tapes to prove they lied....thus embarrassing the department.

The irony of complaining about bureaucratic efficiency combined with actually misspelling Proficiency in the title... reminds me of the old case of Kettle vs. Pot :biggrinjester:
