I, for one, don't see the need for a ceremony. Can't we treat it like a raffle where the person "doesn't need to be present to win?" :evil2:

Can't you just see him rushing into the room screaming and singing "I'm not the worst President after all" to the tune of it's a small world after all, and dancing around the room spilling his champagne, then hitting his knees and thanking God for Barack Obama!
