TX: Two men in yellow vests zip tie customers and employees in Tax Prep office including a small child during robbery

There must have been ten people they tied up to rob these people of their cell phones and cash.
Imagine paying your taxes and being robbed.
Seems to point to carrying 24/7.
Little boy runs outside after his father is attacked, but is caught and pulled back in by usual suspect.
I'll be uneasy seeing safety vests after this.
