Grey man AR pistol bag?

I am wanting to find a good back pack that can house an AR pistol as well as my other edc gear too big to fit on my person. I’ve got a bag that will work but I don’t like the “gun guy” “Tacticool” look. I like to blend in and look very unassuming. So I don’t like carrying the bag I have because it’s black and has molle all over it. I know tuff products makes a good bag and well as vertx. They are just very expensive. Do you guys have any other methods or bag suggestions? I do like to carry a PDW with me if I can. Thanks!

This may be too large for you, but I have had one for over a year now for traveling. It works great for what I need.

Hazard 4 Greyman Takedown
I have the coyote Takedown. Great bag. It does have the molle. The Greyman doesn’t have the molle.
My 300BO fits in it perfect and has three pockets for mags, ifak, and other EDC gear. It serves as my GHB.
Not a very good picture but you'll get the idea of how it fits. My BO is 27" long with a Shockwave brace (not pictured).

Here's what I use for my CZ Scorpion SBR, so it should fit an AR pistol without issue.

I like how, in one of the pictures, the guy who is trying to look “gray man” is wearing his tan tactical operators pants.
But it does look like a cool pack. Thanks for the reference.

For my 300 blackout pistol, I have a 5.11 Covert Shorty backpack that doesn't look very tactical. I can't figure out how to paste a picture but here is a link:

are you trying to look business, every day, tactical, or like you're getting ready to go on a 50 mile hike? you've got the last two covered in these, but not the first two.

Some more questions. Do you want a backpack or a carried bag? How stealthy do you want to be?
I have a Bulldog case that fits my AR pistol. It's blue, rectangular, and doesn't look tactical. But it's hand carried and not ninja stealthy. I got it at Optics Planet for $30 or so and it works for me. It doesn't scream gun but somebody with decent SA might give it a second glance and wonder why I'm carrying it into an office building or restaurant.

A more stealthy option is a tennis racket bag. It probably wouldn't get a second glance in a casual restaurant if you look like somebody who might play tennis. Maybe even into an office building if you look like you play tennis during your lunch break.
Backpacks are backpacks. If they're bigger than a Targus or similar laptop backpack, they look out of place in a professional location. Probably fine in a casual restaurant like Whataburger and Hipsterbucks.

This is what I have and have worn in public plenty of times. My pistol has a 10.3" barrel with a Law Tactical folding buffer adapter. I believe it would fit but be close without the adapter. Mine is the grey/orange as they didn't have the blue/grey at the time. I have not noticed anybody being alerted to what is on the inside or have a clue what could possibly be in the pack. I even carried it at for a tool show at the GRB last year with my change of clothes for the night and a pistol in the pistol compartment.
I got it on sale for $170 at opticsplanet.

If you can break down the pistol, I'd recommend a messenger bag. They tend to be low key and people don't really give them a second look (except to say "haha look at that dork with the messenger bag"

).
IMHO they're a little farther under the radar than a backpack. I'm building an AR pistol that should fit in one without having to be taken apart, and the new CZ Scorpion micro is a 9mm PDW option that should fit without being taken down as well.
