As was explained to me recently by a gun grabber, this type of gun violence is understandable because it's gangsters. We just don't want regular people to have guns.

Perhaps there should be laws that make being a gang member a criminal offense, as well as laws dealing with the criminal use of deadly force tools -- aggravated assault, murder, etc... Wait a minute... aren't there already such laws on the books?

Banning guns isn't enough. Clearly we also need to ban criminals.
