Lawsuit Against Gun Sale Website Allowed to Proceed

Doesn't seem like a good precedent to me, but maybe I'm wrong?
Anybody know anything about them or done business with them?
This is in Wisconsin, against the on-line broker Armslist.com. I haven't used them, so am not familiar with them. The way I understand it, the web site operator isn't a gun dealer, it's just a web site that puts buyers and sellers together, sort of like Craig's List or many others.A Wisconsin appeals court on Thursday ruled that the daughter of a woman killed in a 2012 mass shooting can sue the operator of a firearms classified ad website from which the killer illegally bought his gun.
Doesn't seem like a good precedent to me, but maybe I'm wrong?
