TX: Tragedy in Stagecoach as LEO kills his Deputy brother

Very confusing at this point. Initially reported as an off duty officer killing a burglar in his home. Now burglar may be a mistaken identity as dead man identified as brother of officer who is also a Harris County Deputy.
