I've known for a long time they hate their fellow subjects. Appears they hate themselves as well.
The article was from 2017. The gist of the article was that the funding of the police had been cut dramatically and that there were less officers available to respond to calls. The proposed method of prioritizing the calls is bonkers.
On one hand, cutting the budgets leads to response problems. However, all calls for help should prioritized based on the seriousness of the incident.
