Getting CHL with arrests

The wife and I are taking our class in 2 weeks, and I was trying to figure what extra paperwork I would need when I apply for my LTC. I have 2 arrests in another state 25 years ago. I'm trying to streamline this process as much as possible so when I fill out my online form I'll have everything I need

Thanks,

Chris

The ideal is court paperwork showing the charges were dismissed or you were found not guilty. Next best is a letter from the criminal court in that jurisdiction saying no records were found for you.

More information would be helpful in giving an accurate answer.

It depends on what the arrest were for. Were you convicted? Do you now have a criminal record? These are questions that need to addressed.

Yes I was convicted. Based on what I've read they aren't automatic denial convictions so I'm willing to give it a try. The cases are from Colorado in 1990 and 1993. I did a court records search and only found one of the 2 cases and it says dismissed on it.

My question at this point would be do I need to get a copy of that from the court? How is it submitted online? And what do I do about the one I can't find records for?

Thanks
