Odject to aggressive or invasive screening, get arrested, go to jail, be found not guilty. No recourse when it’s over.

I'll give the judge this. He at least said it sucks, but that it wasn't his job to change the law. So it's something that needs to get started in congress.

If they place themselves outside the law, it is just and moral to treat them as outlaws.
