That's impossible! All nursing facilities are posted 30.06 and 30.07!

Actually, this one is only posted 30.06. They skipped the 30.07; therefore, the shooting happened. Get your facts straight!!!
OK, sarcasm aside, it's sad what happened. My thoughts/prayers go out to the affected victims. It looks like a murder/suicide situation:

I thought that when I first read about it! Sad. imagine those people made it to their golden years and some lunatic robs them of the little time they had left.
