Church group feeding homeless at city park. Some guy in his underwear acting strangely shows up, gets chased away by adults. Weirdo returns completely naked runs up to wife and kids. Dad is licensed and carries, pulls handgun, chases naked man away and into creek, films part of this with his phone.
Naked man was arrested and charged with child molestation, public indecency and being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
