How to Complain about 30.06 Sign in Writing

My auto shop posted 30.06 signs some time in the past year. If I didn't care, that would be the end of it. But I care. So, I'm looking for a polite letter to mark up and make my own. Needs to be short, list some credentials of CHL holders, and argue that the sign should be removed. Someone got one?

Anything I have is for government buildings, but do a search on the forum because I know someone had posted a great letter that was used for a private business. If I find it, I'll post the link.
