Any nunchuku that I may own now or in the future, self-identify as agricultural implements (rice flails). :evil2:

Don't forget the kantana that is now legal to carry. Plus the added weight of the sub 2000 in a backpack. Self defense now requires, very good physical conditioning.

‘various circles of the state’s youth’ — including ‘muggers and street gangs’ — were ‘widely’ using nunchaku to cause ‘many serious injuries.’”

Well, the Second Amendment does say arms, not just firearms. I interpret that to mean any weapons that can be carried by an individual intended to be used against other specific individuals (thus NOT nukes, despite histrionic claims by some antis). Firearms, yes, but also spears, swords, knives, nunchucka, etc. Yes, I'm stretching it, perhaps, and most of those are unlikely to be carried by anyone, but they would seem to be in the category of arms.

However, the nunchucks must be registered by serial number to a single licensed owner and no other individual may legally possess or use another licensed owner's nunchucks. A license requires 4 identical originals, filled out in the correct color ink, a background check, attestations and character references from 4 other licensed nuncheck owners who have been licensed for at least 5 years, and of course APPROVAL by the local annointed for life chief LEO.

Oh, and if a criminal breaks into your home armed with nunchecks, and you defend yourself with larger nunchecks, then you the defender will be jailed for unnecessary, illegal use of force.

Other than that, nunchucks are now legal. Welcome to the Empire State. Now pay your State income taxes or risk imprisonment alongside others who may have brandished nunchucks, tonfu, bo, sai, kama, or similar pre-industrial age agricultural implements.

Just attach two flashlights with a chain and you’ve got two birds with one stone!

Great, now you upset the tender feeling of PETA because you used an animal idiom!!
