Need roofing help in El Paso

Everyone,
I need some help in El Paso. My mom who lives on social security needs some roof repairs. New shingles etc. The high winds there are always taking shingles off old roofs. I live in Houston. The roofer that used to work with me to repair her roof has left and everyone else I contact either wants to sell me an entire new roof, cant afford that, or wont do the job.
So long story short does anyone know a roofer in that area that is willing to work smaller jobs for a few thousand to repair a roof?
I figure its a long shot but maybe.
