1775: The shot heard around the World. The battle of Lexington and Concord.
1933: The United States went off the Gold Standard.
1993: The FBI raid on the Branch Davidian Compound and the resulting fire where more than 80 died including many children.
1995: The bombing of the Alfred P Murrah federal office building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma killing 168, including 19 children
1999: The school shooting at Columbine High School, where 14 teenagers and one teacher died.
You will only hear about one of these today. Most will have an anti gun agenda.
