Issue with Sig P365

Has anyone with the Sig P365 had an issue with the lead coming loose in the case of their ammunition?
I have had an issue for about the past 2 months where I noticed that my lead will twist inside the case with my fingers. It does not have any forward or backwards motion (or up or down if that's how it would be described) inside the cause, just twists around. I have never had any issues with my Glock mags doing this. Is this normal? Is this something to be concerned with? I am using the 12 round mag for those wondering.

If I am understanding you correctly, you are saying that the projectile is coming loose from the brass case - that is you are having a problem with your ammunition.
If this is true, i would check the ammo, not the gun.
And no, I do not have this problem.
If I am not understanding you, please rephrase.

Are you saying the bullet is not held in place by the crimp of the case? Seems this would be an ammo issue rather than gun related.

I've seen a lot of 22LR do that, but never center fire ammo... chuck it and replace the ammo.

The only gun I have seen this sort of thing happen in was a Scandium frame, Titanium cylinder, S&W 325PD when using 230 gn Blazer aluminum cased ammo. The aluminum cases did not grip the bullet well enough to prevent them from creeping out (there was no crimp into a cannelure) due to the momentum of the bullet and the speed of the recoil impulse as another round was fired. Brass cased ammo worked in this gun just fine.
Are you (OP) using aluminum cased ammo? If so, I'd move to running brass cased ammo and see if the problem resolves itself.

Had the 365 for a good while now and never experienced this.
