TAW and I will be attending the citizenship swearing in ceremony of one AndyC today, which is being held at the Plano Event Center. It’s not listed as being posted 30.06 or 30.07 in the Texas3006 app, but does the fact that it’s being used for a federal swearing in ceremony make it off-limits for carry?

Any help would be appreciated.

Leaving in 15-20 minutes. Would sure appreciate an answer if anybody knows.

I was representing the Austrians.

Gambling on the security situation, I made the long hike in from the parking lot carrying an XDS and LCR, CC.

Luck was with me also, since no one was checking for firearms.
