Some joker on TV just said they recommend using an umbrella for self defense.

I used an umbrella for self defense once. Against a sketchy pedal cab driver in Beijing. Worked pretty well.

Kudos to the civilian defenders for keeping the terrorist at bay with a fire extinguisher and a narwhal tusk!!!
By the way, where in heck did he find a handy narwhal tusk in time of need???

I believe I read that there is a fish market nearby and it was a wall decorations.
Breaking: Parliament has moved to ban long pointy wall decorations.

By the way, the news stated that the narwhal-wielder was a Polish chef.
He's a good example of how tough Poles can be. Of course, the fire extinguisher guy also had warrior spirit with his improvised selection.
