Dallas Watch Night Party Posted

Dallas is having a huge party with food trucks, bands, etc... on the City Hall Plaza. While watching the news tonight they showed the outside security company posting legal signs. I would think the City of Dallas would know better since all the hassle at the State Fair.
Had no plans of going anywhere to start with, but for others who are driving down there be prepared. Sure would like to hear back from those who do go.
