Not bad. Some points are not true in Texas, but a fair one-size-fits-all, no-liability assessment.

In his presentations, Andew almost always mentions Texas Penal Code 9.42 Deadly Force to Protect Property. Was there another point you saw?

Ultimately the post was a summary, and a fairly good one at that, so I expect anything left unstated was for brevity's sake. 9.42 was the big one, but he also didn't mention the loophole where you can instigate the conflict, then attempt to de-escalate it and stop all hostilities (gaining back your position of defense) in the innocence section.

I signed up (finally) to his free level membership. Do you have his Texas law DVD that he’s emailing about offering for $65?

I read
The Law of Self Defense and bought the Texas supplement when it was on sale. Passed the test and got the certificate.
