Any good defense lawyer will tell you that if the question starts with "Can it be used against me if ...", the answer is always yes. The question is not "can" it be used but rather "how damaging" it will be. That is why lawyers get paid the big bucks. I know Andy has already read it, but for those who have not, "The Law of Self Defense" by attorney Andrew Branca walks you, step by step, through the process. https://lawofselfdefense.com/product/la ... d-edition/
"Armed and Educated" is also a good one to have in your library. The Texas edition covers Texas law, including new stuff from the 2019 legislative session. https://book.uslawshield.com/texas/?src=blog
