Make sure to expand the "Terms of Sale" link.
- There's an 18% surcharge for internet sales, on top of the 8.25% sales tax
- If the sales house doesn't receive your FFLs information within 7 days, you forfeit the firearm without a refund
- If you opt to pick up the firearm in person at their Houston location, it must be during the posted dates/times. The only two windows for pickup are:
- 15 October, between 9am -3pm
- 16 October, between 9am - noon
I'm not familiar with internet auctions (other than GunBroker), so these terms may be standard. However, I'll pass on this one unless others here have used this same auction house and had a good experience.

18% seems kind of high. Gun Broker charges one listing fee for however long it takes to sell your gun and then once it sells they charge the seller these amounts
Over $250 6.0% of the first $250 ($15.00), plus 3.5% of the remaining value
