That sucks I think I wasted $85, and alot of my time for NOTHING!!!, Thanks for the reply I guess I will just have to wait……How long is the paperwork good for until I send it in will I have to retake the class again in May 2012?

I had a Class B misdemeanor, Criminal Mischief, back in 2005. I went to court and got put on 1 year probation and fined $200. The disposition date was 5/01/07. I have done everything I need to do and am now wanting to get a CHL. I took the class today and thought I would be okay…..but just wanted to ...
