It’s 5 years for any alcohol and/or drug treatment. You will be ok after 5 years to re-apply. Yes, you can carry under an out of state LTC in meantime. (like Virginia, FL, AZ, etc).

That is kind of what I was thinking. That i had to wait the 5 years but another question is, am I going to have a problem applying after the 5 years. Are they going to see a denial in my name when i go to apply again?

I was recently denied a LTC. I currently hold a LTC in the state of Virginia. I got it when I was stationed there at Quantico. The reason I got denied is because I disclosed that I did a rehab program while I was in the Marine Corps in 2016. I successfully completed the program and went back to my ...
