I know alot of people would say why would you need to carry while out on the lake.
It's not so much while on the lake it's in the parking lots coming and going.
Dallas Police patrol the lake in their boat also the Game Wardens. Another question would be if stopped by either while doing their boat ...

Is it legal to carry while fishing on a lake such as Ray Hubbard? I have searched and did not get the answer I need.
In another forum I have read that Hubbard is a Corp of Eng lake so it is gov. property. If you get caught ,such as while being checked by a Game Warden it could cost your CHL.
