My renewal took 38 days from the day I mailed it in to the day I received my license.

I filed my renewal application and 35 days later received notification of rejection of my fingerprint card. So, I resent a new card the next day. Then, the next day, I received my renewed license. I guess they must have used my previous fingerprint card.
