I filed my renewal application and 35 days later received notification of rejection of my fingerprint card. So, I resent a new card the next day. Then, the next day, I received my renewed license. I guess they must have used my previous fingerprint card.
I thought this was a bit strange, but was glad to get my renewal in 38 days, 2 days after receiving notification of fingerprint card rejection.
