Ok I just called the comptrollers office. It looks like it was an issue back in 99 but it got dismissed in 2000 so they told me I am in no way delinquent. I did requested a copy of the dismissal so I can send it to the the Credit Bureau and get that removed. Am I good now to send in my CHL paper ...
