Test Preparation Centers
I am curious if Test Preparation Centers (for stuff like the SAT) such as Kaplan or Princeton Review would qualify as a "school or educational institution" under PC §46.03. They do not grant any sort of degree, but do have test prep classes. Is there any sort of precedent for this? Would I be fine ...
