What's interesting, just about anytime from about 9 PM till about 5 in the morning, I can turn on the Chicago scanner and hear multiple reports of shootings, killings and people with guns per hour in spite of their strict gun laws. It's absurd how people think more laws equals less crime.
Killing and shootings are societal issues and are not the result of too few laws. When people start valuing life and respecting one another is when killings and shootings will be drastically reduced.

I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.

Well I was going to mention how Chicago was being ignored but mojo84 beat me to it. Seems that much like anything, stack the statistics how you want them to read and your loyal crowd of lemmings will not bother to check.
