Explaining what? As long as you've got tax stamps for the suppressors, I see nothing illegal about this.
But the short depth bed means there is a false bottom, so there will likely be a search, every time. That's what would worry me.

How many traffic cops know an ATF stamp from a cashier receipt from HEB?
The other side of that is that it could be designated a "hidden compartment" since it didn't exist that way when manufactured, and as such, subject the vehicle and guns to confiscation.
