Miss America Pageant

Post by howdy »

Watching the Miss America pageant and Miss South Carolina was asked if Assault Weapons should be banned. She said "no" and the judge asking that question was shown shaking her head. Every question is "politically correct"

Yeah, they even managed to get a dig in at Donald Trump. Pretty disgusting stuff.

Miss South Carolina did not make one of the top runner up spots. That will teach her to not answer the question the right way. :banghead:

I'm surprised they don't consider this contest as demeaning to women.

What would anyone even ask that question, unless it was a "gotcha". I recall a stink not too long ago when a contestant was asked if she supported gay marriage, and she answered with a negatory according to the dictates of her faith. From the reaction, you'd have thought she had advocated the beating of puppies with motorcycle chains.......

The left has their hooks in the Pageant.

So, while I used to watch it, I won't any longer.

Listening to leftist agenda driven questions will keep me at bay...

I think Trump now owns all of it rather than the equal interest he had with NBC. If that is the case I suspect this year's judges were already under contract however next year will be a whole different story assuming they are only signed to one year contracts.
How do you explain a dog named Sauer without first telling the story of a Puppy named Sig?

Guys, a beauty pageant isn't pornography.

Sheesh!

As a man who appreciates female beauty, you bet I watch, or did...

Plus, the interviews were (at least in the past) fun to listen too as most were wonderfully air-headed, unintentional hilarities...

Wrong pageant. Trump owns Miss Universe, not Miss America, I believe.
Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.
