Sweet! As I see it, the world is a better place because two more responsible citizens are exercising thier right to pack heat. Congratulations and get ready for the longest wait of your life.

Congrats Charlie,

It will be September before you know it.

Continue to increase your knowledge about CHL matters (and pistol handling), you are doing very well.

Big thumbs up!

I ended up shooting my father's Walther P1 (P38) in 9MM. Ironic thing is when we got home and cleaned it the 100 rounds we put through it had made the inside in the barrel looki like a mirror! I know it was clean before we fired it, I cleaned it myself, and after we cleaned it tonight you could literally see reflections on the inside of the barrel. The slide rails had also had the black paint (It has an aluminum frame) worn off in a few spots. All I can figure it that when this gun served its time in the West German Amry in the 70's, it was only carried, not fired, as it is behaving like a previously unfired gun.
